We want to ensure that our clients as well as our therapists have a safe and comfortable experience during their sessions. Therefore, we have specific policies in place regarding appointment cancellations, late arrivals, and inappropriate behavior. Below you will find the details of each policy individually.
Policy Details
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 3 hours' notice so that we can offer the appointment time to another client. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $15. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Late Arrival/No Show
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause clients to arrive late to their appointment. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate the client's needs while still respecting the appointments of other clients. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule the appointment as well as a $15 late fee applied to the session. If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust schedules accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Inappropriate Behavior
We strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all of our clients. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or physical aggression towards our staff or other clients. Any individual who engages in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be banned from future appointments. We take the safety and comfort of our clients and staff very seriously, and we appreciate your cooperation in upholding this policy.

By following through with booking your appointment, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of each policy listed above.
